“I love nurturing talent and have always had a natural aptitude for teaching dance and musical theatre. I particularly enjoy creative choreography and love imparting knowledge from my professional dance career. ”
"I was initially taught by Miss Bettany and have gone on to teach students who have secured high profile contracts in the world of dance. I love nurturing the younger students by helping them to gain the confidence to progress through examinations"
"I believe dance offers more than simply learning a ‘routine’. Our classes offer the opportunity to widen a student’s social circle; they encourage confidence and instil the foundation for a positive work ethic. The skills learned at ‘dance’ are transferable to all aspects of life"

We have classes for fun and classes for the more serious minded, this beautuful classical style of expressive movement has something to offer everyone. We also teach pointwork classes.
Our gymnastics classes have two distinct sections; the first is limbering and stretching, this is an integral part of all dance and will assist greatly with all other subjects (especially Modern-Jazz). The second is tricks; from back bends, to hand stands, from free cartwheels to flips, Acrobatics will teach you all sorts of tricks. All in all a challenging experience that will be heaps of fun and give you a competitive edge.
Tap is rhythm - rhythm is tap. It's origins are many and varied. Americans claim its origin dates from the African Jazz age. The Irish stake their claim to the Jigs and Step Dancing. The English relate back to northern Clog Dancers but whichever one chooses to believe, Tap is as popular today as it was in the heyday of the great Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly musicals. Evergreen shows, 42nd Street and Crazy For You, and the more recent Stomp and Tap Dogs highlight the great diversities of style and music in tapping. Tap is perfect for all ages... parents check out our adult tap class for the perfect, gentle way to keep fit while having a great laugh with friends!
Modern- Jazz is the most diverse form of Dance, ranging from old musical styles of Jazz through to the modern styles you see on the latest top 40 video clips. Modern Jazz is fun.
